Improving our relationships Series with Adrienne

We all seek happiness in our relationships, yet too often, our connections with others become burdened by criticism, conflict, disappointment, and pain. Buddha’s wisdom tells us that genuine happiness does not come from others. Instead, it comes from developing our own mind of authentic love. We all know that love is the great healer, bringing joy to our relationships and great meaning to our lives. But how do we remain open-hearted and loving in the face of betrayal, hurt and abuse?

We all have an enormous potential to love and be loving. Through Buddha’s teachings in this inspiring series, we will learn how to recognize and reduce the painful mind of desirous attachment and replace it with an authentic mind of love. Through teachings, meditations, and discussion, we will gain the ability to transform all our relationships, even those most difficult, into the peaceful, happy, and fulfilling connections we long for.

Everybody welcome!
