Half Day Course: When Your Mind Won’t Switch Off

Saturday 5 September | 10:00 – 13:00 (in-person or online)

Half-Day Course, When Your Mind Won’t Switch Off – Finding Space in a Stressed out World, with Adrienne Weiss.

Modern life gives us plenty to think about—but sometimes it can feel like our mind has lost the ability to rest and restore. If you’re tired of overthinking, mental overwhelm or feeling on the edge of burn-out, this half-day course will introduce simple yet powerful meditation practices that will help you find more space, clarity, and ease in everyday life. According to Buddha, it is possible for each and every one of us to learn to tap into our own inner source of peace and happiness, and in so doing, learn to access a calmer mind and a happier, more peaceful and enjoyable life.

Please note: This course will be taught in English

Bookings: You can book below for the course at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Amsterdam or online (price: €30,-). We look forward to welcome you soon, either in-person or online – whatever you prefer!
