Half Day Course: Stop Comparing, Start Living – with Adrienne Weiss
Saturday 28 November | 10:00 – 13:00 (in-person or online), with Adrienne Weiss
Half-Day Course: Stop Comparing, Start Living – Finding confidence and ease in who you are
It’s easy to fall into the habit of comparing ourselves with others—how we look, what we’ve achieved, or how successful or confident we feel in comparison to others. Over time, this can quietly undermine our happiness, confidence and sense of self-worth.
In this half-day course, you’ll learn powerful Buddhist insights and practical meditation techniques to help you step back from comparison, reduce self-doubt and develop a more stable, genuine and positive sense of confidence and self-esteem.
You will leave feeling uplifted and inspired that it is indeed possible to be at ease in yourself, and to live with greater authenticity, peace, happiness and freedom.
Everybody welcome. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Please note: The lessons during this retreat are taught in English
Bookings: You can book below for the course at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Amsterdam or online (price: €30,-). We look forward to welcome you soon, either in-person or online – whatever you prefer!
It would be advisable to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the course, to allow sufficient time for registration.
