Half Day Course: Love and Desire – How to Develop Harmonious Relationships
Sunday – May 3 | 10:00 – 13:00h (in-person or online)
Half-Day Course with Gen Kelsang Dragpa
In this course we will learn how authentic love is the key to harmonious relationships.
Gen Dragpa will share Buddha’s teachings on the difference between uncontrolled desire (or attachment) and love. When we are struggling with our relationships or just feel it would be very nice if we we could improve them these teachings give us the insight to understand where the tension, problems come from and how to develop meaningful, loving and joyful relationships.
In this class we will learn that:
- Real happiness comes from inner peace
- Love is the great protector, protects us from problems and adversity
- The stress from uncontrolled desire can be replaced by the peace of loving kindness
Join us for this uplifting day with talks, guided meditations and Q&A.
