According to Buddha, things do not exist in the fixed, permanent – and often stuck – way that they appear. Instead, waking up to the fact that reality is in truth fluid, dreamlike and illusory allows us to experience a profound and joyful freedom from limitation, and to quickly become the person we wish to be. In this half day course, through talks, meditations and Q&A, Adrienne will guide us into a joyful, creative and healing experience of these profound teachings, so that we can taste this freedom for ourselves, bring it into our daily life, and finally improve our ability to benefit others.
