Half Day Course: Healing from the heart
Saturday – 5 December | 14:00 – 17:00h (in person or online)
Half-Day Course: Healing from the heart – the power of taking and giving, with Gen Kelsang Dragpa
Experience the power of the practice of taking and giving in this special half day course.
The practice of taking and giving is one of the most powerful methods for opening our hearts and healing our mental and physical illnesses or transform them so we can live with them in a positive and happy way.
This ancient practice brings mental peace, heals our body and mind, and enhances our love, compassion, and wisdom. It can also be especially helpful in overcoming adversity, and in situations where we may otherwise feel powerless to directly help others.
In this course we will learn how to deeply heal our own mind and improve our ability to help others.
Everybody welcome. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Please note: This course is taught in English
