Half-Day Course with Bruno Costa
Finding Inner Calm: Refuge from Stress and Worry
In this half-day course, Finding Inner Calm: Refuge from Stress and Worry, you’ll discover practical Buddhist methods for creating peace of mind even in the midst of a busy and uncertain world. Through guided meditations, clear teachings, and time for reflection, you will learn how to step back from stress, quiet anxious thoughts, and develop a stable inner refuge that supports you in daily life.
Based on the wisdom of Kadampa Buddhism, this course shows how lasting calm does not come from controlling external circumstances, but from transforming the way we relate to them. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, this course offers simple tools you can use right away to feel more centered, resilient and at ease.
