Half Day Silent Retreat: Meditation on the Dreamlike Nature of Things – with Adrienne Weiss
Saturday 18 July | 10:00 – 13:00 (in-person or online)
Half-Day Silent Retreat: Meditation on the Dreamlike Nature of Things – with Adrienne Weiss.
In this half-day silent retreat, we will explore Buddha’s profound yet practical wisdom teachings that help us loosen our grip on the limited way things normally appear. Through guided meditation and silence during the break, we will learn how to view experiences as dreamlike—appearing vividly yet lacking the solid, fixed nature we often assume. This gentle shift in perspective brings a deep sense of lightness and inner freedom, helping us respond to challenges with greater flexibility and peace.
This retreat offers a rare opportunity to step back from the busyness of daily life and cultivate a calm, spacious mind of peace and wisdom. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
Please note: The lessons during this retreat are taught in English
