Sunday 25 January | 10:00 – 13:00
Half-Day Course with Gen Kelsang Dragpa
Life in the city can feel like running on autopilot — with constant movement, constant input, constant pressure and expectations. This retreat offers a rare chance to pause, and clear out the mental clutter that weighs you down.
Through guided meditation and Buddhist purification practices, you’ll gently release old habits, stress, and emotional buildup. Learn how to calm and refresh your mind, renew energy, and create a fresh sense of clarity in your mind that you can carry back into the city and your daily activities.
Venue | KMC Netherlands: Spaarndammerstraat 32 Hs, 1013 SW Amsterdam
No experience is required. This half day course is suitable for the absolute beginner, as well as for the more advanced practitioner of meditation. The teachings will be in English.
