Half Day Course: Awakening our potential

Sunday – June 21 | 14:00 – 17:00h (in-person or online)

Half-Day Course with Gen Kelsang Dragpa

Awaken our potential for happiness

We often wonder what the best version of ourselves could be, yet feel held back by old habits or past experiences. In truth, we all carry within us the potential for change, growth, and lasting happiness. Self-transformation is definitely possible if we have the tools and confidence and patience to use them.

During this half day course, through gentle talks and guided meditations, we’ll have the opportunity to step back from the business of daily life, reflect deeply, and reconnect with our potential in our heart, discovering the strength and confidence to develop it.

Please note: This course is taught in English
