Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any services provided by Kadampa Meditatie Centrum Nederland (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a class, attending a session, using our website, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, classes, activities, retreats, workshops and online donations.

2. Bookings and Payments
All classes and sessions can be booked in advance via our website or in person.
Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
We accept primary payment methods, including iDEAL, debit/credit card and PayPal.
Prices are listed in EUR; we are VAT-exempt.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
General Programme Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance for a full refund.
Workshops/Retreats: Cancellations must be made 30 days before for a full refund, and before 5 days for a 75% refund. After this, refunds are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or credit.

4. Health and Liability
Participation in meditation and other sessions offered by KMC Nederland is voluntary and at your own risk.
Inform your instructor of any mental or physical health concerns before beginning a session.
KMC Nederland is not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during any of our programmes, in our rented venues or on our premises.

5. Code of Conduct
Respect others’ space, silence, and personal boundaries.
Mobile phones must be turned off or put on airplane mode during meditation sessions.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
No alcohol, illegal drugs, or other intoxicants are allowed in our events.

6. Privacy Policy
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. For more details, please see our full Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where legally required.

7. Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
All content on the site is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior permission.

8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law
